An all week celebration would be held throughout Miami. The inductees would be highly visible throughout Doral with special events, greeting fans at various restaurants around town, going to Little League and High School games, playing a round of golf, etc.
There would be a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Founding Members, Board of Directors, and local dignitaries and the (5) new inductees. Following the ribbon cutting, a party of invited guests, players past and present, families and fans will be the first to go through the museum. They will be entertained with great live Venezuela music, great Venezuela food and drinks. We would have a special auction of memorabilia such as an autographed baseballs, a VEUSBBHOF jersey that is signed by all of the inductees, a signed poster, etc. All of the proceeds would go to the VEUSBBHOF. There will be a special wall that lists every Venezuelan who ever played in the major leagues. From Carrasquel to the newest one of today. It doesn’t matter how long you played but that you made it to the Big Leagues which in and of itself a great accomplishment. The list will continue and grow over the years. The next day the museum opens to the public for all to enjoy.
