The first inductees must be retired from baseball and will be chosen by the founding members and the board. It should include Alejandro “Alex” Carrasquel the first Venezuelan player to play in the Major Leagues when he joined the Washington Senators in 1939.

We have chosen (5) of the finest shortstops ever to play in the Major Leagues. This would be a once in a lifetime event that would be a fitting opening to The Venezuelan American Baseball Hall Of Fame.
The following years would add other Venezuelan players. Tony Armas? Cesar Tovar? Andres Galarraga? Vic Davalillo? A beautifully designed plaque would be made of each inductee to hang on the walls forever.
This will be an incredible event like no other.
