The VEUSBBHOF Conference Center is where special events will be held. Special appearences by the great Venezuela players past and present will be held. They will meet with fans, sign autographs, give some baseball tips to young players from the local Little League, High School teams, etc. Organizations, corporate and local businesses can book private parties that would be catered by local Venezuelan chefs. They can hire great Venezuelan players to be guest speakers. All proceeds will go into The Venezuelan American Baseball Hall Of Fame.

El centro de conferencias de VEUSBBHOF es el lugar donde se llevaran a cabo apariciones especiales por grandes jugadores del pasado y del presente. Se reuniran con los fans, para firmar autografos, dar algunas consejos a los jugadores jovenes. Organizaciones, empresas y negocios locales podran reservar la sala para su eventos corporativos. Todos los ingresos iran para beneficios del museo.
