Coming to THE VENEZUELAN AMERICAN BASEBALL HALL OF FAME will be a multi media experience. The museum will have a distinctive Venezuelan feel from the moment you walk through the doors. We could possibly choose a Venezuelan architect whose design will exemplify the style that is uniquely Venezuela. Modern and forward thinking.
THE BAT RACK / EL DISPLAY DEL BATE
One of the ways we would bring the fan closer to the game than ever before is to have THE BAT RACK in the Museum. This is where fans can come up and get to hold a game used bat by the past and present Venezuelan players. Fans would enter the area where the bats are hanging and choose which bat they would like to hold. There will be a batboy or batgirl who is dressed in a uniform with the VEUSBBHOF logo on the front and they will get the bat that the fan asks for. The fan then gets the bat and goes over to a batters box. There would be a large picture mural on the wall behind that looks like a real stadium. They step into the Batter’s Box, hold up the bat and get their picture taken. They can get the picture sent to their email address immediately and/or have a baseball card printed up for them. Topps would be the perfect company to provide this service.
THE PINBALL ROOM / LA SALA DE PINBALL
There will be a pinball room near the conference room. Here, fans of all ages can play vintage and new pinball machines with baseball themes. It’s great fun before or after their meal.
BASEBALL ART / ARTE DE BESIBOL
Artists will have a place here in the VEUSBBHOF. It could be a painting, a sculpture, furniture design or hand painted memorabilia. We could get great Venezuelan artists and even players to paint a baseball with their art. Omar Vizquel comes to mind for he is an artist. Venezuela has some great artists and wood carvers.
WELCOME / BIENVENIDO
As you enter The Venezuelan American Baseball Hall Of Fame you are greeted by a large lifesize flat screen TV. The fans will be greeted by past and present baseball players saying (in English & Spanish). “Hi, this is __________ and welcome to The Venezuelan American Baseball Hall Of Fame.” We wil try and get as many players to do this and the video can be played on a loop throughout the day as fans enter. Miguel Cabrera, Luis Aparicio, Johan Santana, Salvador Perez, Ozzie Guillen, Jose Altuve, etc.
THE VEUSBBHOF CAR/ THE VEUSBBHOF COCHE
We will have the VEUSBBHOF car to use as a promotional tool that drives around South Florida to promote the museum. It would be specially designed like the Miami Marlins car except with a Venezuela theme. This car will be a great promotional tool. From Main Street, South Beach, Weston, I95, US 1, to the parking lot at the Marlins games people can’t help but take notice. A beautiful moving billboard so to speak.
El Museo sera una experiencia multimedia. Tendra una sensacion distintiva de Venezuela desde el momento en que entra a traves de las puertas. Posiblemente podriamos elegir un arquitecto venezolano cuyo diseño se ejemplificaria el estilo que es unicamente venezolano, moderno y progresista.
Al entrar al Museo seran recibidos por una pantalla plana grande. Los fans seran recibidos por los jugadores pasados y presentes diciendo (en Espanol e Ingles), “Hola, soy _________ y bienvendos a EL HALL DE LA FAMA VENEZOLANO AMERICANO” Obtendremos la mayor cantidad de jugadores para esto y el videoestara en loop durante todo el dia para bienvenir a los fans y visitantes.
Una de las maneras en que el fan se acercaria mas al juego es tener el display de bates en el museo. Aqui es donde los fans pueden llegar a tocar y agarrar un bate usado por los jugadores venezolanos, pasados y presentes. Habra un carga-bates o Batgirl que este vestido con un uniforme con el logo de VEUSBBHOF para asistir al fan. Habria un “batting cage” delante de un mural de un estadio para tomarse una fotografia. Pueden obtener la imagen enviada via correo electronico y/o impreso en una tarjeta de beisbol. Topps seria la compañia para este servico.
Habra una Sala de pinball cerca de la sala de conferencias. Aqui, los aficionados de todas las edadaes podran jugar a las manquinas pinball clasicos y de nuevos temas de beisbol.
Los artistas tendran un lugar aqui en el VEUSBBHOF. Podria ser una pintura, una escultura, un diseno de muebles o de objectos de interes. Podriamos obtener grandes artistas venezolanos e incluso algunas jugadores son artistas. Omar Vizquel viene a la mente ya que tambien es un famoso pintor. Venezuela tiene algunos de los mas grandes artistas y escultores de madera.
Vamos a tener el automovil VEUSBBHOF como una herramienta de promocion que impulsaria en todo el sur de Florida para promover el museo. Desde la calle principal, South Beach, Weston, I95, US1, para el estacionamiento de los juegos de los Marlins, la gente no lo podra dejar de notar. Una valla publicitaria movil por as decirio.
